yeah
I'm on a medication for my blood pressure as of yesterday. It was higher than normal when I went into the doctor's office and after discussing it for a time - we decided that it was something to try for now. High BP runs in my family; and after Tadd's death and hearing what his BP was when he got to the hospital; I'm not going to take chances.

The medication is a water pill + something to help with PCOS. The new doctor apparently prescribes it to people with PCOS to help with some of the physical symptoms at times so we'll see how it goes.

We talked a bit about PCOS and I like that she does seem quite knowledgeable about it. There was a discussion about whether or not to go back on birth control, but because every pill I've tried with that has had serious reactions with me we decided to not go on anything.

I will be getting a pre-authorization form signed so I can get my meds cheaper. Awesome.

Eating better - slowly, as old habits ARE hard to break, but I will continue to cut things out of my diet.

My bruise on my arm is just a very deep bruise. However, she's going to do full blood workup next month to ensure everything is still okay.

Maybe I can make it several more years.
It'd be nice.
